DofE Cooking Lesson Today

Another Duke of Edinburgh Award cookery lesson for Kim and her friends today after school.  Today we are doing Beef Lasagne!  Now that was an eye opener buying the Beef mince yesterday at the supermarket.  Neil and I havn't eaten red meat for probably twenty years or more, we only eat chicken and fish, but mostly we go vegetarian as Alex is.  Kim though likes red meat sometimes and as they work in pairs they decided they wanted Beef mince so off to the supermarket I went not knowing how many different types of mince meat there were!!!  Photos later I'm sure.

Misty morning this morning but not as cold which was a bonus.
