Cold Weather Continues!

Yesterday must have been one of our worst frosts ever!  It took me about fifteen minutes to scrape the ice off the car, nothing worked - not water, de-icer, nothing except for using the ice scrapper!!  Lovely frosty morning though on our walk and managed to get a few photos of a deer and a bird that kept following us!!

Kimberley and some of her friends are taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and part of it is that they have to learn a new skill so they decided that their new skill would be to learn how to cook so now every Wednesday after school for three months I will be teaching them cooking and baking skills!!!  Yesterday was our first one and Kim chose to do cupcakes and decorations.  Note the gorgeous colour icing her and Lewis decided to use!!
