I signed up for the new free Jessica Sprague's 'Photo Editing: Frame Ups & Special Effects' class last week and the first class was today. Today was all about png files and how to add a 'frame' and 'wordart' to your photos, heres a couple that I had a play with today. The one of Kim has an ornate frame around it and the word 'sassy', you might have to click on it to see it closer.
The photo of Lucy has a frame round it in brown and the word 'relax' on it.
Now going to search for some other digital frames, if anyone knows a place or two to look at let me know.
