Chocolate Honeycomb (Maltesers) Crunch Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus chilling time
Makes: 12 to 16

Ingredients:
200g (7oz) milk chocolate broken into small pieces
100g (3 1/2 oz) butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
250g (9oz) finely crushed digestive or ginger biscuits
1 medium box of Maltesers (or a couple of Crunchies would be nice too!!!)

Method:
You will need a lightly greased 18cm square by 5cm deep (7 inch square by 2 inch deep) tin.

1. Gently heat together the chocolate, butter and syrup in a large saucepan until smooth and melted.
2. Stir in the biscuit crumbs and maltesers. Don't worry if some of the chocolate comes off the balls, they make the cake look great.
3. Evenly spoon into the prepared tin. Refrigerate until firm. Cut in squares or triangles and watch them disappear.
